This Privacy Policy explains how Dojo's Family Martial Arts ("we," "us" or "our"), located at 8805 Chamberry Blvd., Johnston, IA 50131, collects, uses and protects your information when you visit johnston-karate.com (the "Site"), use the chat, call us, or receive text messages from us.

• Website chat: your name, mobile phone number, email address and the messages you send if you use the chat on our Site. Chat is the only place on the Site where we ask for a phone number. It is provided by our CRM provider and is handled under this policy.
• Text message consent records: whether you agreed to receive text messages in that chat, plus the date, time, page and IP address of that consent.
• Basic site data: browser type, device type, pages visited and similar technical information collected automatically through standard server logs and cookies.

How we use your information

• To answer your inquiry and send you our class schedule and trial offer.
• To schedule classes, trial lessons and birthday parties, and send reminders.
• To send marketing messages and special offers, only if you agreed to receive them.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
